Local Cashback

Earn it here. Spend it there. The value stays in the neighborhood.

In participating campaigns, a validated purchase can generate Local Cashback to be used at another business within the same Território TaVa. That way the benefit keeps circulating through the community, sparking new discoveries and strengthening the local economy.

How it works

1. 1.The business creates a campaign with advertising credits and defines the benefit.
2. 2.The user finds the promotion on the Tesouro map and goes to the location.
3. 3.The purchase is validated in-store with the user's QR code.
4. 4.Local Cashback is credited according to the campaign's conditions.
5. 5.The balance can be used at another participating business in the same territory.

General rules

• Eligible purchases start at R$20.
• Redeem up to 30% of the final purchase amount.
• Calculated after the store's own discounts.
• The usable amount depends on the user's available balance.
• Weekly earning limits and a maximum balance per territory.
• Each category may have a maximum cap in reais.
• A purchase partially paid with cashback does not generate new cashback.
• High-value products follow a special policy.
• All conditions are shown before the promotion is activated.

A simple example

An eligible purchase costs R$70 after in-store discounts. Since the limit is up to 30%, the user can apply at most R$21 in Local Cashback, provided they have that balance and the category cap allows it.

Concept under development. Local Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash. Conditions, limits and eligibility are presented before each campaign is activated.
